We agree to provide pest control services as outlined in the service agreement. Services include inspection, treatment, and follow-up visits as necessary.
Customers agree to prepare the premises as advised prior to treatment and provide safe access. All information about infestations must be accurate.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Additional treatments may incur extra charges.
We guarantee effective treatment for covered pests. If pests return within the guarantee period, we will retreat at no extra cost. Effectiveness depends on conditions beyond our control.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.
We are not liable for damages caused by pests or pre-existing structural issues.
All treatments comply with Australian safety and environmental regulations. Customers should follow any safety instructions provided.
This agreement remains valid for the service period specified unless terminated by either party with written notice.
This contract is governed by the laws of the applicable state or territory in Australia.
